The Menus of the Inn change with the liking of the seasons and with our mood, but always with the frame which animates us all: honesty, generosity and tradition.

You can meet generosity and tradition in the speciality of the inn: The roast meat in the roasting-jack.

What could be more marvellous than admiring, feeling and tasting a meat which has been licked by flames! A good piece of Ox of the Limousin, a leg of lamb of the Creuse or a marvellous game of our Brenne, all these delicious mets take part in this festival.
